Exchange & Return Policy
- Return Period: Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
- Product Condition Requirements:
The product must be unused and in its original condition as received.
The product must be in its original packaging (box) with all accessories and manuals included.
The product must not have been damaged while in your possession.

- Shipping Costs:
The customer bears the return shipping costs in case of change of mind.
The store bears all costs if the product is damaged or delivered incorrectly.
There are no additional restocking fees.
- Refunds: Once the product is received and inspected, you will be notified of the inspection result. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
